UTAC | H2 COACH POWER SUPPLY

Homologation à l’UTAC

In order to certify the first coach retrofitted to hydrogen by GCK Mobility, another company in the GCK group, UTAC called on our services to supply this vehicle during various tests carried out on the Linas-Montlhéry circuit.

GCK Energy temporarily deployed the Flex’hy 35D-20, its 350-bar mobile hydrogen refuelling station, enabling UTAC to carry out a new type of operation and refuel the bus in a practical, flexible and safe manner.

SOLUTION F | FOENIX H2 POWER SUPPLY

Track testing session to test hydrogen combustion engine technology

As part of tests conducted by Solution F to test the hydrogen combustion engine technology of its competition GT, the Foenix H2, on the Lurcy-Lévis circuit, the company called on GCK Energy to deploy a temporary hydrogen refueling solution.

To meet this need, GCK Energy deployed one of its mobile hydrogen distribution stations capable of supplying the car with 700 bar pressure and allowing it to be refueled several times during the various days of testing. This type of mobile and temporary station allows for rapid deployment and requires little in the way of infrastructure.

BOSCH | POWER SUPPLY FOR THE LIGIER JS2 RH2 DEMOCAR

Test sessions and development of the Bosch Engineering GmbH H2 engine demonstrator

As an expert in H2 engine engineering, Bosch Engineering GmbH called on GCK Energy to assist with testing and development of its H2 engine demonstrator at the Bosch test site in Boxberg. Its requirement: a rapid rental solution for installing a hydrogen refueling station.

GCK Energy’s response: a temporary 700-bar hydrogen refueling station, a customized solution tailored to the requirements. This enabled the vehicle to be refueled several times.

BMW | H2 PROTOTYPE POWER SUPPLY

Hydrogen vehicle testing in extreme cold conditions – Sweden

As part of extreme conditions testing conducted by the BMW Group on hydrogen vehicle prototypes, GCK Energy was asked to provide daily hydrogen refueling over a two-month period in the Arctic Circle region of Sweden. We rose to the challenge by quickly deploying our 350/700 bar mobile hydrogen station, enabling daily refueling throughout the tests. Despite the extreme weather conditions, the station operated reliably and continuously, demonstrating the robustness and responsiveness of our solutions and expertise.

Toyota Motor Europe | Paris 2024 Olympic Games

Contributing to carbon-free mobility for a major event

As part of its commitment to carbon-free mobility, Toyota Motor Europe has entrusted GCK Energy with the deployment of temporary hydrogen refueling solutions in the Île-de-France region from July 26 to August 11 during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

A total of four 350- and 700-bar mobile hydrogen stations have been installed at three sites to meet a variety of needs with customized support:

  • Refueling of the first buses retrofitted to hydrogen by GCK Mobility on behalf of B.E. green and put into service in Paris
  • Refueling a hydrogen shuttle boat using a 350-bar station on the banks of the Seine,
  • Refueling Toyota prototype and demonstration vehicles via two 700-bar stations, supplemented by a hydrogen generator for recharging electric vehicles.

Toyota Gazoo Racing World Rally Team | H2 PROTOTYPE POWER SUPPLY

Full-scale testing and official unveiling of the GR Yaris Rally2 H2 Concept

GCK Energy accompanied Toyota Gazoo Racing Team to Jyväskylä, Finland, as part of the development of the GR Yaris Rally2 H2 Concept, a prototype equipped with an internal combustion engine powered by compressed hydrogen. To enable full-scale testing on open roads and forest tracks typical of the Rally Finland, GCK Energy deployed its ultra-mobile 350/700 bar station, capable of refuelling 4.2 kg of hydrogen in just a few minutes.

The solution also enabled the refuelling of other innovative hydrogen vehicles, such as the Toyota Mirai and the Tundra H2. The prototype was officially unveiled at Rally Finland, marking an important milestone in the integration of hydrogen into motorsport.
